About Paul Skinner

Paul Skinner is a licensed Idaho real estate agent with eXp Realty, serving the Treasure Valley, Canyon County, and Emmett. He brings a relationship-focused approach to real estate, supported by a diverse professional background and a strong commitment to clear communication and client service.

Paul grew up in western Oregon, where he began his real estate career in the mid-1990s working with an established local sphere. During that time, he met his wife, Anita—an Idaho native who was working as an escrow assistant at the title company where he completed his closings. Their relationship led Paul to relocate to Idaho in 1997, where they chose to build their life and raise their family. After moving to Idaho, Paul focused on building a stable and successful career outside of real estate, spending 27 years in B2B business development within the office supply industry. That experience strengthened his skills in relationship management, problem-solving, and long-term client support, while additional time in the title industry provided valuable insight into the real estate transaction process.

Now firmly rooted in the Treasure Valley, Paul brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by experience in real estate, title, and B2B business development.
